Do I need an appointment?

While appointments are not necessary, they will usually allow for a quicker turnaround time for your service. Walk-ins are always welcome! You can book right here or by giving us a call today!

Do you have shuttle service?

Yes! We have loaner vehicles available for major services, a customer shuttle to pick you up or drop you off, as well as complimentary Lyft and Uber rides so that you can continue with your day. Just be sure to let us know when you book your appointment so we can keep you going when your car is down.

Can I use TRUE auto european service instead of my dealership?

You absolutely can! It is a common misconception that you will void your warranty by having any service performed outside of the dealership. This, however, is not the case. By law, dealerships must honor your warranty regardless of where the maintenance work was performed.

What models of cars do you work on?

We service European brands, including Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, hybrid/electric vehicles, Porsche, Volkswagen, and more. Our technicians are also trained to work on other makes, but we specialize in the European sector. You are also welcome to visit our sister location, TRUE Automotive, for service and repairs on all makes and models.
